In case you don't have a meditation praxis, I introduce you into the principles of yoga. Meditation is a method to quieten the mind and at the same time to focus the mind within itself. Through different techniques you experience how to let go of the activity of the mind. You gradually transcend subtle spheres of the mind which enable the body to get into a deep relaxation. The breath is an important medium in this process.

The first appointment is a free session. Once you decide to learn the meditation technique, it is recommended to attend all the appointments.
After having learned the meditation technique you are welcome to make further appointments to ask questions and to refresh your meditation. No fee required.

Group meditations
A group meditation takes place every Monday from 19:00-21:00 hours at € 10,00 per person.
Group meditations allow participants to built up a strong and mutual energy field whereby the inherent experience of subtle levels of being are revealed. Our body and our personality become more transparent for the frequency of the soul and our spiritual potential can be more and more enhanced.
